Delete your LawFive account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, in the LawFive app or on the website, even if you've uninstalled the app.
On your phone
- Open LawFive and go to More, then Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at app.lawfive.app.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account under Account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Forgotten your password? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page first. If you can't get in at all, write to privacy@lawfive.app from your account's email address, and we'll delete it for you.
What goes
Everything in the account, straight away: your name and email address, matches and match reports, GPS tracks and heart rate, photos, venues, referees, competitions, templates, settings, share links, your calendar feed, API keys and webhooks. Every phone and watch is signed out.
This can't be undone. To keep a copy, use Download everything under Settings → Account on the website first.
What stays
Copies in backups remain until they expire, within [period], and aren't used for anything else. Short-lived server logs, which can hold an IP address but nothing from your account, are removed after [period]. Matches on your watch and activities in Garmin Connect are on your own devices and account there, so remove them there if you want to.
If your account is on someone else's server
LawFive can connect to servers that other people run. The steps in the app are the same, but that server's owner holds your data, so ask them about anything else. If you're the only admin of your own server, make someone else an admin first.
